[SOLVED] Front USB 3.0 ports is not working

The USB 3.0 ports on the front chassis of my build is not working. It is giving power when I plugged in a USB mouse to the MOBO USB 3.0 ports and it works fine but the front chassis USB 3.0 won't work.

Case: Raijentek Metis Plus
Motherboard: Asus - ROG Strix B450-I Gaming Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard

Did you plug in the front pannel header into the USB 3.0 port on the motherboard?

Does your front panel have a USB3/USB2 composite lead (i.e. both USB3 and USB2 connections)? If so make sure front panel is not connected to both at same time-use USB3 only OR USB2 only (older boards without USB3 support).
