Question Frozen notte 240 one of the fans started tweaking

I built this PC 6 months ago and it worked fine until today one of the fans of the Frozen notte 240 AIO started making loud noises and barely turning.
I didnt really try to fix it other than removing the cable and putting it back so I just removed the cable of the defected fan and i am only using one now.

Will it be fine for my i7 13700KF ? Or i should buy a replacement ASAP ?

What are also other troubleshooting ways i can go for?

Replace them with two k12
