My old pc got burned with a energy discharge...

And I remembered that I have an old pc of these specifications:

GA-G41M-Combo -Motherboard
Pentium Dual-Core e5500 -Processor
8 GB Ram Unknown -Ram
CX750M -PSU

The problem I have is that when trying to put an RTX2070s that I have it does not give me an image, is it compatible or is there some way in which I can use this hardware with the graphics card?

Solution
Besides what the previous post said about the Motherboard not supporting that card, the processor would strangle it as well. I suspect you got hit with a power surge. You should have Surge protection to prevent that.

I believe your motherboard is too old to support that card. You have to have UEFI BIOS.
