So i wanted to slowly upgrade my PC cause it is old Intel core i5 3rd gen, GTX650 2Gb, 8Gb RAM DDR3, motherboard doesnt matter anyway i bought SSD cause the HDDs were slow, but that is not enough so i bought Gigabite aorus B450 Elite, 16Gb RAM 3200Hz and AMD A10-9700 from friend. All parts assembled i fixed few of my mistakes like front panel header and it still didnt work so i returned mobo and i got my money back today i bought new mobo asus tuf gaming b450m-plus only thing that it does is some kind of motherboard LED but no fans no sounds nothing i am Lost

Solution
Check the CPU support list of the motherboard you buy. That CPU isn't supported by either board you've purchased. Not to mention, you really shouldn't be buying that CPU anyway. Get a Ryzen one.
