x99s ddr4 core i7 5930k,
so I have latest bios update,
managed to override a few xmp set options an got my ram running at 2800mhz whilst keeping my cpu at 3.5ghz the way it should have been out the box! also have cpu cache same as cpu core speed (3.5ghz)..........now I need to conquer getting a 1 to 1 fsb and dram ratio, as mine is 1;22......anyone have a clue or can help?

Try going into the front side bus speed and getting it to 1:1 ratio, try to balance the DRAM at the same time.

how would I do that adjusting the fsb speed? surley that would mean I would have to re adjust the the multiplyier aswell? need to get my computer head back on been away from trying to sort the infamous 1.1 ratio for a fair few weeks....

You could just reset BIOS/Clear CMOS.

no that wouldn't fix anythink....thanks anyway!...

I need to figure out what settings to adjust in the bios to get the fsb - dram ratio 1-1.....or find out which factors need adjusting to change the ratio!??
any overclocking experts out their?
thanks in advance!

Change the clock speed of the FSB to 1400MHz to have a 1:1, if you want to do it differently, change the RAM to 2400 and the FSB to 1200

my bus speed is 127.3...with x28 multiplier........if I change the fsbus speed to 1400 which I'm not even sure would be possible! maybe wrong tho... I would have to put the multiplier at x2.5 or less to get the standard base clock speed of 3.5ghz...........but would altering the system like that affect the 2800mhz ram speed aswell or would it keep it the same an give me a 1;1!!?? thanks for your input....any other knowledge would be appreciated!
thanks in advance!

Your speed for your RAM needs to be 7128.8MHz to be 1:1 because RAM operates at half of the clock rate that it says.
