Newegg shows a $10 price difference. I would go with the higher FSB because it gives greater room for expansion. Do you plan on over clocking? if you are then there are better mother boards, also there are going to be Intel price drops and new chips in i think April. All the conroes core 2 duo's are going to get a 4MB L2 cache.

You can easily get the FSB of the DS3 beyond 1333, thats just at stock settings. With a few small changes in the BIOS, you can get the FSB much higher. I'm running FSB 1600 with my DS3 with DDR2-800

the ASUS P5B deluxe is a good board. it's well worth the price.

Check out this review. it covers the P5B deluxe's big brother. the only difference between the one reviewed and the on i recommend is the WI/FI capability. It also takes a look the the GIGABYTE board that the other poster has.

The intel price drops will allow you to by a $183 instead of a 300+ chip and the only difference will be the GHz speed. Trust me its worth the wait esspecialy since you can OC the chip to preform at the same level as the 6600.
