Question Fuji Finepix JX400 flash problem ?

I just bought this camera and there’s something wrong with the flash. Every time I take a picture with the flash on, it turns out either white or dark as if I didn’t have the flash on. Did someone have any similar problem?
If you know how to solve it, please help me.

My problem is when the flash is on and I tried everything with the settings and the modes it still turns out the same
