Fujitso with i5 m560 Or lenovo N3540

I have samsung evo 860 ssd but i dont know wich lap should i take ?
(Fujitsu i5 m560 or lenovo N3540)
They bouth have sata 2 ? So the speed of ssd will be the same ?
Fujitsu is with i5 m560 and lenovo is with intel N3540 quad core
Which one should i keep ?
