Okay, so my secondary screen makes this "windy" noise which sounds like it's blowing air.
Sometimes when it stops or goes slower my computer becomes slower when I play games.

I have no idea how this happens but it seems to slow down my graphic card when it stops but I recieve no errors.

How do you have your monitors hooked up? This could be a variety of things including not enough power, a bad cable or adaptor, or a wierd hdcp/hdmi command switching issue. Turn off "detect monitor settings" and set them manually and report back. You can try changing the non 1080p monitor to a different resolution. Also, if your gpu ports pass sound to the monitors, you could try a different solution for audio (and just send the video via dvi/hdmi) too.
