In the information program find the motherboard make and model and with that information, search in the manufacturer website for support\drivers\ and download the LAN drivers. Next execute the driver installer and restart the computer... if you still don't have internet connection, manually install the driver: go to My Computer\right click and select Manage\next Device Manager, find Network Adapters\right click on the Network Adapter\click on Update driver... and select No, not this time\Next\Install the Software automatically (recommended). If internet connection is not established in the following minutes, restart the computer and try the connection.

To manually select the driver to install:
Device Manager, find Network Adapters\right click on the Network Adapter\click on Update driver... and select "No, not this time"\Next\"Install the Software automatically (recommended)".
Next\"Don't search, I will choose the driver to install"\Next\Select a different driver and click Next... if connection is not yet established, repeat the manual installation process and when you get to "Show Compatible Hardware", uncheck the box and find the driver you downloaded and installed on the OS\Select it and click Next... when installation has finished, exit the Device Manager and see if connection is now established.
