FujitsuSiemens Celsius W280, Locked bios

I have problem with my FujistuSiemens Celsius W280, i have locked bios, and i cant remember bios passowrd. Is there any known method on Celsius W280 to unlock bios? Reset or anythnig, please post somebody that knows for Celsius for sure.
