Full HD monitor have choice for 4k Resolution

I just Brought Dell s2419hm, i tested and in Window Display setting it show that i can use up to 4k [2160p]

in spec sheet said ( https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/dell-s2419hm-monitor/manuals)

Maximum preset resolution :
1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz

Video input capabilities:
(HDMI playback)
480p, 576p, 720p, 1080p (HDMI1.4/HDMI2.0)
2160p(HDMI2.0)

(there are some review in amazon said they get native 4k on ps4pro)

so are they putting panel that can support 4k for lower model or that just input capabilities but screen downgrade and show 1080p anyway ????

Yes, it just downscales to 1080p.
