Full internet speed on Phone, But verry bad internet on PC

Hello everyone,

If i'm doing a speedtest on my phone it says that I have 48 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up. On the same location where my PC is I have 6 Mbps down and 3 Mbps. Be aware this is a new builded pc.
If i'm downloading a game on steam it is around 1.2 Mbps - 2 Mbps. I have no idea what the problem could be. This is a wireless Network.

Motherboard: Asus strix z270e
Grapics card: Asus rog strix gtx 1080ti
RAM: 16gb
Hard Drive: WD 2TB
PSU: 750w EVGA Supernova
Cooler: Thermaltake water 3.0
SSD: Samsung 250gb
