Hi everyone, looking to upgrade my PC to perform better for gaming and also work (I'm a game developer).

Approximate Purchase Date: Whenever (now)

Budget Range: $1500 before shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Game Development (3D modeling, programming)

Are you buying a monitor: Yes, but not included in this budget.

Parts to Upgrade: Anything and everything, whatever you think is necessary.

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon or anything else really.

Location: Bloomington, IN. US.

Parts Preferences: I like Intel, but I'm kind of a noob with PC parts so I think I just like the name.

Overclocking: Yes or Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: Going for 1440x900, 144hz.

Additional Comments: A couple things I definitely want:
  • Better airflow for my GPU
  • Can be Mini ITX or not, does not matter
  • Better performance
  • A large SSD (M.2 Maybe?)
  • 1440p / 144hz/fps if possible

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Overall better performance for work and gaming. I want to play Warzone, Rust, and some other games on higher settings at 144hz/fps. Also, my PC gets very hot very often. especially my GPU.

Here's my current build:

Thanks and let me know if you have any other questions!
