Full version or upgrade

hi guys

im buying an os for the pc im building and want to know if i can install the upgrade version of the os or do i need to buy the full version for an extra 100 euro. can anyone please explain what the difference is and if i can just buy the upgrade package or do i need to get the full package for 230 euro...

also, there is no mention of weather the system is 32 or 64 bit. can anyone find out which it is? heres the page link:

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer.

You know whether or not it's 64-bit because any vendor worth their salt will tell you if you're buying 32-bit or 64-bit. While the method pat describes definately works, MS never intended to allow customers to install upgrades without owning a previous version of Windows.
