Fullscreen and mouse problem in Battlefield 3

When I run the game in full screen, the mouse does not work in menu and HUD is not displayed when playing.When I play it in windowed mode,it runs well.I disabled Windows Aero also,the problem persists.

I just recently had this problem in bf4 I am play at 4k I think it has to do with this dpi setting of windows as the mouse does not scale properly when in fullscreen mode so I have to alt tab to select video settings
