I have this screen http://reviews.lcdtvbuyingguide.com/samsung-lcd-tv/samsung-un55ju6700.html

and cant seem to play any PC game at 4k in fullscreen without it going flashy and green. thats at 60 Hz but the desktop runs 3840x2160 at 60Hz just fine. All movies and other fullscreen applications run just fine if I play games in windowed fullscreen they play fine too and if I drop the MHz to 30 in games they will play fullscreen just fine as well. So why wont it play my games at 60MHz at 4k if everything else will work on 60Hz at 4k? My rig is more then powerful enough 3 GTX 770's 4gb edition and 32 gigs of ram and so on and so forth. chats with Samsung provided no answer other then play games at 30 Hz my PS4 and XBOX ONE play just fine too. Also Games will Play just fine on windowed borderless mode Despite it still being 4k and 60hz.

I am Using DVI/HDMI was also using just HDMI from my PC to my TV my Graphics Cards are triple SLI EVGA GTX 770's 4 GB edition
the TV has 4 HDMI 2.0a (all inputs are HDCP 2.2 compatible for connecting to 4K video sources)

Also my HDMI Cables TONS OF THEM are compliant with HDMI 2.0 I was running 3 2560x1440 monitors on nvidia surround on them and gaming just fine before. Thats 7680x1440 resolution. and vertical it was over 4320x2560 all ran just fine.

ALL drivers are up to date as well. System is Virus Free too

Alas I have tried 4096x2160 that's what i was primarily using. this monitor does support that resolution without custom OC or res set. but even if that was the case why would it work on the desktop for everything at said res but not a PC game at said res? when Refresh rate from Desktop and game are both set exactly the same?
