FullScreen Windowed Mode

Hello Forums,
I am curious about a tweak be it Windows side or something similar that will force games, when in Windowed mode, to not display the windows bar at the top and the borders. I know a lot of games do not natively do this but some do. Anyone know of a workaround?

No, he's talking about the window border that contains the program name and the minimize/resize/exit buttons. Borderless windowed mode is what it's usually called.

Thanks for your reply however, I'm not talking about the task bar at the bottom (where the start menu is) I'm Talking about the Title type bar where the Minimize and Maximize buttons are located.

Yes that is the mode I'm talking about. Some games don't have this mode. I'm curious if there is a way to force this on a game that doesn't have the Border less Windowed mode.
