I'd like to see what people can come up with. PLEASE INCLUDE A MONITOR AND HEADSET. OS does not need to be included.

Current Build:

Upgraded Studio XPS 7100

CPU: Phenom II X4 945 @ 3.0GHz w/ Stock Cooler - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103675
GPU: Sapphire 7870 GHz Edition - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202025
PSU: Topower 800W 80+ Silver - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817342033&cm_re=topower_80%2b_silver-_-17-342-033-_-Product
RAM: 12GB (4x3GB) [Unknown, last I checked, one said Crucial 1333MHz]
MOBO: Dell 0NWWY0
HDD: 1TB [Unknown]

Atrocious, I know. It's definitely time for an upgrade. I'll be selling my GPU and PSU to my friend for $200. [He's well off, so the price doesn't bother him that much being a little higher than it's worth.]

[○] I plan on playing Arma 2/3 frequently. Including AAA games and smaller, indie games.
[○] I’d like to game at 1080p.
[○] Wireless headset. [Not ones that require batteries!]
[○] I plan to overclock and SLI/Crossfire in the future.
[○] An SSD would be great for OS load times.
[○] Nice looking case. [Nothing like the 200R/300R if possible. I like the H440, Phantom 240, and Corsair 230T]
[○] Devil’s Canyon would be nice for better overclocking.

I take those tips into account when I make a build, but I also end up over $1200. Suggestions?

Thanks in advance. Cheers!

This should fit your needs. I'm not too familiar with wireless headsets which don't require batteries, so the one I listed is wired.

Solution
Your memory and power supply doesnt need to be replaced.

Never said it did. My friend needs an upgrade and I was going to be nice.

As for the PSU you chose, I hate the PSU. No metal bar for me. That's annoying.
