What should I go for first for the future in upgrades? First to last.

I want a fast really fast multitasking like switching between programs instant also id like fastest loading screens in games as possible. Either upgrade or whole new PC.

You have an excellent system and the only thing I see that needs upgrading is the low quality power supply you're currently using. This EVGA unit is the best bang for your buck and will allow you to run 2-way SLI GTX 970 if you want or any single video card you ever want to use.
