I recently came back from a 2 week vacation, played a few games and noticed my screen was a little fuzzy/blurry all around. There was an update for my drivers so I did that and no luck. I messed around with my graphics card settings and the tv settings and nothing worked. I have a radeon R9 280 and a sony TV that runs at 1360x768. The catalyst control center says it can do 1920x1080 but wont let me choose it. Help get rid of tha fuzz?

Solution
ensure you are using gpu scaling and tv picture is spread to the entire panel.what you describe also sounds like a bad input cable! what are you using? try another one. if yout tv has a native resolution of 1360x760 thus 720p capable then most probably it can do 1080i . (i) is for interlaced meaning it scans half pixels at a time and not the entire picture at a time like (p) progresive does! ccc has an option for interlaced resolutions! i would stick with progressive and the native resolution!

ah there it is, swapped out the hdmi cables and now it's much cleaner, weird though I've never had trouble with it before. Thanks
