First of all, thanks for reading, I really appreciate it!
My Problem:
I have seen many posts of about this problem, maybe not as detailed; about the same subject. My video gets a weird fuzzy/blurry resolution.
I do not have a monitor, I have a VIZIO 32 inch tv/monitor. I use HDMI, I do not have a DVI port. I know it isn't suggested to use it with HDMI because it isn't compatible. The weird thing is, when I go into safe mode (with networking), I have a crystal clear 720p video. I am only aiming for this, nothing more.
If there is any way you could help me without suggesting a monitor, that would be great. If you think there is no possible way of fixing this, then I understand that I will have to buy a monitor.
Other info:
Before I got my graphics card, I used my blue port thing to my mother board to see video on my computer. It was crystal clear as well.
