Fuzzy screen and decreased ram with restart problems

My computer has a fuzzy screen and the RAM has decreased from 1.98 to 0.98 also when i restart it turns off then I get red lights and beeps windows xp

remove ram clean it re insert it and clean cpu and check your harddisk for any problem with Auslogics diskdefrag and defrag it
