[SOLVED] Fuzzy Wavy Line Across Screen

Hello, just recently I noticed my monitor had a fuzzy (not solid color) waby line going horizontally across the top. I have no idea when it appeared. Here is an image.

Anybody know what the issue is?

Looks like an issue with the monitor. Have you tried connecting another monitor and duplicating the display? Then you can figure out whether it's a graphics issue or a display issue
