FX-6300 and R7-265 in Corsair VS 450

Solution
That one is even worse. Very low quality, and dangerous.

The VS650 is a tier 3 PSU. It should be ok for your system to be honest. It's not a high quality PSU, but it is average and shouldn't have a problem powering your system. It has two PCI-e connectors and that's all you need for two R7 260 CF. If you are on a tight budget and not able to get a PSU in tier 2 on the list I linked above, then get the VS650W. It should do just fine.
For a system with an R7 265 is it recommended you have a PSU with 450W, 1 PCI-e connector.
The VS meets these requirements, you should be fine.

Note that it is considered a tier3 psu on Tom's PSU list

Meets standard ATX specifications, though closer to the edges than Tier two units. These are still solid units, which still supply stable power to your system, though not ideal for serious overclocking

Not going to be all gloom and gloom. That PSU will be fine. Just pointing out it does have some limitations on what it can do.

How about if I will get Corsair VS 550 and do a crossfire of two-way R7-260X? or the Corsair VS 650?

My first option is really the FX-6300 and R7-260X no crossfire. But I want a psu that is capable of crossfiring 2 R7-260X for the future upgrade. My budget for my psu in only $60 (approx. Php 2,600). I am from Philippines. I dont want online shopping.

How about this? http://hardwareinsights.com/wp/thermaltake-tr2-bronze-600wtr-600p-review/4/

Many thanks. I might also want to buy the Aerocool Strike-X 600W 80+ Bronze Modular for the same price but I am really on a tight budget and VS 650 is the only option in my place, so the final psu is VS 650. =)
