I tried to overclock my fx 6300 to 4 ghz with stock voltage. It normaly booted into windows and then after 2 mins bsod appeared. I went to bios and putted cpu back to stock. I have an asrock 970 extreme3 and my cpu cooler is cnps 10x optima ~ hyper 212

You've just described how not to overclock a CPU.

Basically, you need to start from a baseline. Then increase in increments and test. You can just go into bios and change the multiplier to a random number and expect it to just work. Firstly you need to change as many of your BIOS settings as possible to absolute value's rather than auto. So you know your baseline. Then you can start increasing the multiplier by one each time. 5x runs of intel burn test on high is usually enough to confirm if you are even close the mark. Then make a change until you get issues. Then you need to start slightly increasing the voltage.

There is too much detail to it to putting into a post here off the top of my head, I would advise googling an overclocking guide.

I turned off al the auto stuff and all that crap no worries. But 4 ghz should be ez to get on stock voltage since my friend got his g3258 to 4.0 with stock voltage and cooler on h81-m. So I should bassicly increase voltage to get it stable?

It doesn't work like that! Every 6300 chip is different let alone when you are comparing completely different CPU's! Even different motherboards will give you different results with the same chip. There is no quick fix, set this setting and it will work overclocking solution. It took me a three days almost solid to overclock my 860k to 4.3ghz stable and it took me a lot longer to under-volt my FX-4100 in my server.
