So i got this new PC yesterday and i was so hyped about it, but it just seems to make so much noice whenever i start up a game or some other programs.
It doesn't seem like it's normal. Is it because the stock cooler isn't doing it's job so good, or something else?

Solution

It makes that much of noise due to high temperatures, I had one here and I know how loud it is (REALLY LOUD). However, it should do fine cooling for stock clocks/voltages, the only reason to change it would be noise.
As a suggestion, if you can get a Hyper 212 EVO or Hyper T4, they have good cooling with low noises :)

I just checked the temperature in SpeedFan 4.51, and it's showing over 70C temperature while playing "Counter Strike: Global Offensive" , i'm not feeling confident playing anymore :/

What about "COOLER MASTER Hyper TX3 EVO", do you recommend it?

I have just built a PC for a friend with Gigabyte 970a-ud3p and FX 6300 with stock cooler. It is loud indeed but for temperature reading use AMD Overdrive and read the thermal margins. I get around 45-50 under a stress test which is very good for a stock cooler.
