Fx-6300 Streaming Question?

Hello I have a Fx-6300 with a r9 270x. I was wondering would it be better to stream at 720p w/ 60fps or 1080p w/ 30fps. Or can it even handle 1080p w/ 60fps? I just don't want any overheating issues. Any help is appreciated with my question is appreciated! (gpu factory overclokced, cpu no overclocking)

I really think this comes down to two things: 1) Personal preference (the level of detail you want to stream); 2) The game you plan on streaming. The 270x would get bogged down streaming A-List games like BF4. Other less GPU intense games, settings can go up.

Also, make sure you have a good Up Speed.

Well LOL doesn't require a lot of resources. It's best to play around and ask a friend what they think about the quality of your streams.
