FX 6300 temp hit 70c

Hey everyone.
So I believe I have my FX 6300 stable at a 4.4ghz overclock with a hyper T2 cooler. Running Intel Burn Test, My temp hit 70C one time, and the CPU passed. I know IBT has high tempatures on the default settings, and while punning prime95 blend, the CPU maxes at about 60C.

So the question: Is a FX 6300 chip that hit 70C in IBT but stays at 60C in prime 95 blend safe for long term use?

Those are heavy stress temps,you wont be getting them in gaming.
You can use HWmonitor package temp reading so you know if you are in safe area.Just stay under 72°C.
