Is there any risk of oc 1600 1.5v ram to 1866 1.65 when using 2 x 2 gb + 4 gb ram sticks running fx 8320 @ 4.5?
Heard fx is limited to 1600 with such amount of sticks. What does it mean?

The FX-8320 officially supports 1866 MHz RAM so I doubt that it would be damaged. You can try to lower the latency at 1600 MHz and see if it improves your performance. I know that sounds like kind of a waste, but if you can get a matching stick of 4 GB ram, remove the 2x2GB ram modules and operate 2x4 GB RAM sticks instead, I think you would be able to get better overclocks. The reason why I said take the 2x2 RAM sticks out is because systems which have all memory slots occupied usually don't overclock well.
Actually FX supports up to 1866 MHz (officially) and some AM3+ boards support up to 2133 MHz of overclocked memory. What I know is that you can't over clock with an odd number of memory modules, you should have a matching pair of every memory module operating in dual channel mode to be able to over clock. Also I read somewhere that AMD platforms gain better memory performance from tight timing than from higher frequency clock.

i have managed to set 1866 10-11-11-36 but read if ram speed isn't rated it could damage MIC or cpu. Everything worked and had better results in aida64 but after reading about it i set it back to 1600
