Under 65' Celcius is normal for the 8320.

With the stock cooler on an AMD 8350 I was idling around 40'C and full load was 65'C with an ambiant of 20'C. With an EKWB liquid cooler I get 40'C full load and 28'C idle, with pump and fan cycling so that's barely at minimum speed. If I cranked it up to full I'd have way lower temperatures under full load. That's shows the massive difference between a good liquid cooler and the stock AMD heatsink.

The coolermaster should be somewhere in between these 2 dependent on your ambient, motherboard, and thermal paste. Not every motherboard will report the same readings. All you can really do is compare different heatsinks on the same system and see how the temperatures change to compare...

You would need to use the stock cooler, the switch the coolermaster to see the difference.

Under 65'C is safe. 65'C is when many motherboard softwares will give you a warning for the AMD.
