FX 8320E throttle at stock and overclocked

I have a M5A78L-M LX3 Motherboard paired with the FX 8320E.

Now I know that overclocking is not recommended, the CPU throttles even at stock 3.2ghz/3.3ghz
with relatively low temps 35-40c (full load), motherboard 46-65c. Staying at 1.4ghz

If overclocked at 4.1 ghz, temps for cpu stay abit high. 1.375v 55-67c (full load), motherboard 55-68c

I tried disabled the Core C6 and cool and quiet in bios, it appears to do nothing with the throttle issue.

Solution
Does it throttle immediately when put under load or does it take a minute? I would guess the VRM's on the motherboard are overheating (they probably don't have a temp sensor) they are 3+1 power phase which is not exactly ideal for an 8 core FX chip even that E version with the 95watt TDP. I would try pointing a fan at the area of the motherboard I circled in the image below and see if it stops the throttling or if it takes longer to start throttling.

Likely due to the fact that the M5A78L-M LX3 is only a 3+1 power phase. There is likely nothing you can do. Definitely disable the turbo feature. Do not attempt to go over stock. You will blow out the motherboard VRMs.

I honestly thought this mobo was a 4+1 phase, I did add a heatsink to the vrm's before overclocking. The throttle happens at
50% - 100% . 30 seconds then proceeds to 4.1ghz for 2 minutes
