Fx 8350 4.2 GHZ at 1.32 -1.33 vol safe?

Hello guy my rig is :
-fx 8350
-asrock 970 fatality performance
-4x4 muskin 4gb 1600

I run 4.2 ghz at 1.32-1.33 vol is safe?
Temp
- idle 38-39
- load 61-63
- at cpu socket + 10

Temp cannot equal 61-63, well, it can, but if that is what you are seeing in the monitoring software it's very unlikely that it is what the core temps are actually at. AMD thermal sensors for FX platform do not work that way.

THe voltage is safe, potentially all the way up to 1.4v, depending on your motherboard quality, cooling capability and specific CPU sample, but you need to verify thermal compliance by either downloading Core Temp and in the Options>Settings>Advanced tab, put a check next to "Show distance to TJmax in thermal fields", or download AMD overdrive. Both will allow you to monitor thermal margin, which is how all Bulldozer and Piledriver platforms must be monitored. The thermal sensors on that platform are not accurate at all at the low end (idle) and are only very loosely accurate at the high end (full load). Thermal margin is how they were set up to be monitored and that is what you need to do.

Under full 100% load, if you have MORE than a 10°C distance to TJmax, then you are thermally compliant. Less, and you are quickly approaching TJmax, which is bad.

This is helpful when trying to validate your configuration on FX platforms.
