FX-8350 @ 4.5 Ghz crazy temperatures

I have tried to import the photo but it seems that tomshardware forum can't take photos. I then uploaded it to both tinypic and imgur but both don't show the photos once they are uploaded :/

I overclocked my FX-8350 to 4.5 GHz and when doing a handbrake 4k video test the temperature of the package went up to 193 degrees C for a fraction of a second before going back down to 48 degrees C. This was measured using HWMonitor. The system didn't blue screen then, so I did another handbrake test to be sure and then it blue screened. Did the temperature actually get that high (with a H110i GTX) or was it a glitch?

Okay thank you! At least I can stop panicking that I have a Sun in my computer case xD
