Question CPU Fan Speed Detection Error

Where can I find information to educate my self so I can fix whatever is provoking this error message?

Error message: "CPU Fan Speed Detection Error. Please ensure your CPU Cooler is properly connected to the CPU_Fan header. Consider dropping "CPU Fan Speed Lower Limit", or simply set it to "ignore" in BIOS, if problem persists. Now please press F1 to enter BIOS set up."

Most of the time that the computer restarts for updates it goes to a screen that shows the above mentioned message, and as far as I know the connections are correct based on some Youtube videos I watched, and the manual instructions of the Vetroo V360 CPU Liquid Cooler.

I am in love with computers, but never had the opportunity to go to school for it. I am a self thought person tired of buying PC that doesn't have everything I wanted. Anyway, my apologies, but this my first build after 2 years of watching Youtube videos.

The tubes in your picture are obscuring the view of where the pump and fans should be hooked up to on your motherboard. The AIO's controller/hub should be plugged into the CPU_FAN header per the second video you've linked. That's what stated in the manual;

towards the last row of pictures. Pump goes onto a pump header on the board, the fans go into a 1-to-3 splitter that in turn connects to a CPU_FAN header on the board.

You might want to include more images of how the fans are tethered to your motherboard. You should also pass on an image of your motherboard, showing all fans RPMs that are connected to said motherboard.

I agree with Lutfij above. I did not find the videos you linked to very useful - they skip details. The manual from the AIO maker is wrong on how to connect the rad fans. Fortunately your mobo has all the headers you need to do this easily and correctly.

Just a heads-up. Fans and the pump unit of your AIO system each are really TWO devices in one unit - a fan (or pump), and lights. These two are separate, each with their own cable to get power and control from a different mobo header. For the LIGHTS in each there is a cable ending in a connector with three holes (looks like it had 4 but one blocked off). In fact, in your system each LIGHTING cable has TWO connectors on the end, male (with pins) and female. This is so you can connect all of the lighting cables in a "daisy chain" so that only first one in the chain plugs its FEMALE connector into one of your mobo's Addressable Gen2 headers (see mobo manual p. 1-15) and all the others get the same signals via that daisy chain. You do NOT need to use the "lighting controller" box supplied with your AIO system - see the manual for that at bottom right, Step 3 version of connections. Then all control of those lights is done using the mobo's software utility Aura Sync. And here's a hint. The "Gen2" label indicates that the header can control a newer version of ARGB lights, but your system is the original version. Go into Aura Sync and look for an option to set the version of lighting controls. By default it may be set to Gen2, and you need to change that to Original to get that system to control your lights properly.

Now, your real problem is not lights - it is the pump connection, and the manual with that AIO system tells you things wrong. Litfij above has it right. Plug the PUMP motor connector (it has THREE holes) into the mobo AIO_PUMP header (see mobo manual p. 1-9). Using the fan splitter supplied, connect all three rad fans to the mobo CPU_FAN header right next to that. This will ensure that the PUMP gets constant full-speed power as is intended, and the rad fans will get power AND have their speeds controlled by the CPU_FAN header according to the temperture measured by a sensor inside the CPU chip. Each of those headers ALSO has an important second job. It monitors the speed reported back to it by a pump or fan for NO speed, indicating failure. If that hapens you get that message you ask about. And then it refuses to start up properly because that would be dangerous if there is NO CPU cooling.
Depending on details of how you have had your system connected it is possible that the pump is NOT receiving full power and that is triggering the warning. Connecting properly will eliminate that problem.
