FX 8350 overheating on Stock

Hey guys i run my FX 8350 on a H110i with 0 oc and it runs at idle at 52C ive never had a problem with the motherboard its a MSI 970 gaming mb. I have been running this rig for 2 years now i even tried reinstalling the stock cooler but that seemed to be even more of an epic fail. That almost burned the entire thing into the garbage. So now im using a chromebook and i just cannot figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you apply the correct amount of thermal paste? Did you make sure the cpu fan in spinning?

that temp is on idle did you check if the pump work and that is plug to the cpu fan header .

Yes i tried everything Artic Silver 5 and IC Diamond nothing works and i am just having problems with this. Im not a noob at building i had a intel rig before it wasnt very helpful tho since that crashed and burned as well.

Also i forgot to add that it constantly freezes when i get it to boot into win 10 even with watching a youtube video so im assuming that it might be the motherboard.

Thanks the pump did not get hot. At all and i can hear the water. So i feel like its the motherboard. Since that my GPU is now having back artifacting just on that board it doesnt happen on my i7 5820k rig.

before getting the board replace could you try another psu in the system .

trying it shortly but even if it was a bad psu it wouldnt have to do with this heating issue and if it is the PSU im never buying EVGA PSUS again

your fan on the cooler old and new spin fast as temp rise or not also check was bios said about fan speed and temp for cpu .
