they both costing me same,
i'm think 270x would be good because of MANTLE API
but i'have heard so many positive feedbacks about intel and gtx :|

Don't get the AMD. AMD high performance CPUs don't really have a future. Plus, the am3+ isn't anywhere on AMDs new roadmap.

What is the primary purpose of your build?
If gaming:
Games are becoming more and more GPU heavy and less CPU heavy, especially at higher resolutions. This suggests you should spend more on the graphics card and less on the CPU. Unless, of course, you want to get a better CPU and then upgrade the GPU later. The GTX 960 is better than the 270x across a variety of games:

If you can't afford bot the i5 and the GTX 960, get the 960 with the Fx 8350.

i see you also have that amd rig i.e, fx 8350 and r9 270x?
il buy the intel one but still curious to know about the gaming performance of that rig
