i m using FX 8350 since 5 years, an did perform very well with heavy titles. i mostly play Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1 an PUBG, and looking forward to play Battlefield V, but whenever i play Battlefield 1 or Battlefield V beta , game become so laggy, FX 8350 can run minimum requirement for the game.
i pay this game on Medium Settings but still so mang shutters/Lags.

My Config:
AMD FX-8350 with Cooler Master Hyper 103 Air Cooler
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard
GeForce GTX 960 Asus Strix DirectCU II OC 2GB Edition Graphics Card
Corsair 8 GB RAM

Give me solution or suggestion guys.

The FX 8350 may be listed as above the min requirements however that does not mean it's going to run the game well, it means it can run the game. From what I have seen in especially BFV AMD FX processors are holing back even gpu's like the 1050 ti somewhat at 1080p. The 960 is also getting pretty inadequate for running a game like BFV at 1080p, I used well over 2gb of VRAM at medium settings in the beta, it's also lacking in terms of raw GPU power for a game like BFV.

My cpu hit 99% all cores. and temperature around 54 C. if i press Alt+Tab during game, i have to wait for 10 seconds+ to open other window.

Your cpu is being maxed out-not much you can do to improve performance other than locking your framerate to a lower level (30fps?) and see if that helps at all.

ohhh ! okay.. so are you suggesting replace CPU and graphics card with new one ?
I'm planing to buy i5 7400 or 8400 and using it with my current graphics card.
OR later on i will upgrade my GPU.
I want to play BFV on Launch, so i have to solve this problem ASAP.

so are you saying my motherboard is not giving necessary voltage to processor for more performance ?

I'm more thinking the VRMs may be throttling. When the game gets laggy, what are your CPU clock speeds?

It's a common theme on motherboards like this. 125W AMD CPUs should ideally only be run on 990fx and some 970 motherboards.

ok.. so during game my core clock frequency was 4.18GHz and when lags comes, CPU Usage shows almost 95% and FPS down to 13 or worse.

okay , i just used AMD Overdrive and temperature is not showing up like its -293.4 C. but i tried with MSI Afterburner , its shows all the way to 55 C, when its lags.
