You are a software developer but can't spell or make a complete sentence. Smells like a bunch of baloney to me.
 
Nope, sorry but no way is an FX-8350 beating an i7 in gaming even overclocked. If your doing heavy integer workloads (video encoding being one) then yes the FX-8320/50 shines but there are still only 4 FPU units in the chip which are still 30+% slower than Intels FPU performance. Therefore hands down the i5/i7 wins period. There are what 2-3 games that can take advantage of AMD architecture, I hardly consider that notion enough to say 8 core is future proofing.
