Question Fx 8350 wraith cooler

Hi guys,i just buy new cpu fx 8350 black edition and in the box i find 2 cables,1 is usb cable and another is 4pin.But i dont know where to put 4 pin on motherboard?Can someone to tell me about what this 2 cables do?
I using Asus M5A88-M motherboard

4 pin is to go to RGB port on the MB and USB to USB port for light control.
