Fx4170 to the Fx8350

Upgrading from the Fx4170 to the Fx8350 on my Sabertooth Fx990 they both run the same Bios 1604 but my Question is does the Fx8350 need to be reflashed after it's installed

No it does not , but that upgrade won't help much in terms of performance.
