FX6300 vs FX6350. What to choose?

Hi

I'm planning an upgrade from my old phenom to the FX series. The choices are fx6300 or 6350? What is really the difference between them, in terms of performance?

Also, I was thinking of pairing the processor with this motherboard

Edit: Rest of the system looks like this: Corsair CX600, 8gb DD3 1333, R9 280X, SSD+HDD. Cpu cooler is a Zalman CNPS5X Performa

The fx6350 is basically a slightly higher speed version of the fx6300, not too much difference in performance.
