Also, remember that bottlenecks, many times, are dependent on the application and how its structured. I have a few 8350's (got rid of the lower performing ones). But out of the ones I kept they are do pretty well across the board. Ive only had a few instances of bottlenecks that can not be fixed. I find most bottlenecks that I run into with this cpu are with games that are in early alpha/beta stages.
Im also debating getting a couple Fury X's for my amd rig but Im really torn. I have two 290x Lightnings with high ASIC quality that are awesome performers. So Id really like to either wait for a 390x Lightning or wait and see if they plan on making a Lightning Fury X. I dont want to buy a Fury X, swap the waterblock, install them in my rig and then see a press release that a 390X or Fury X lightning is going to be released soon. So Im literally just waiting...and waiting...and waiting. I saw that the 980Ti Lightning is now available. So I wait...Heck, I may even get that card for the office computer just for kicks.
