fx8350 +RX480 msi gaming x issue while gaming

hello pc community.

my components are

1. asus m5a99fx pro r2
2. psu is antec 700 watt (https://www.amazon.in/ANTEC-VP700P-Computer-Supply-Cont..)
3. corsair 16 gb ram
4. msi gaming x rx 480
5. amd fx8350

the problem is recently im getting lot of crashes while gaming even in low settings
the game starts gpu fan speeds up screen turns blue (i guess no signal ) and the voice of game keep repeating then stops

then a restart but it wont work i need stop the entire power to psu manual switch off
then start again

just a note previously i was able to play these games medium to high settings since crashes started i kept at low settings i could see the deprivation

wat could be the problem pls help community

How old is your PSU? Your link doesn't work, unfortunately. Are you on the latest BIOS update? Have you tried breadboarding with only one stick of ram? Speaking of ram, how are you working with 16GB's of ram? Is it a 4x4GB kit? Or is it mixed and matched?

i recently bought this (https://www.amazon.in/ANTEC-VP700P-Computer-Supply-Continuous/dp/B0009KKFEC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1539608342&sr=8-1&keywords=antec+700watt )

wen i had issue with newly purchased rx480 old one was not supporting
as for the ram i have 1x 8 gb ......2x 4 gb in dual setup

and updated the bios
