G-shock 4GB Ram effective frequency

I am doing a lab report for a college course on pc configuration and repair. one of the questions I have to answer is: "if the native frequency of the FSB is 333, what is the effective frequency when using DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) . the motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-EP45-Uder.... can any one help me solve this riddle.
