Is there any difference between these two

G.SKILL F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM
G.SKILL F3-12800CL8D-4GBRM

Seems I can get the first one is 3$ more at Directcanada

The first ones are slightly faster than the second. The CL7 means CAS Latency 7, CL8 = CAS Latency 8. The lower number there (when frequency is the same), the faster the RAM. It is a minor difference but for 3 bucks more I'd opt for the faster CL7's.
