G.Skill Ripjaws MX780 Software Issues

I am having software issues with the G.Skill Ripjaws MX780.
I absolutely love how this mouse feels and looks and I don't wanna RMA it,
but the software is giving me so much pain. When I try to enable profile switching,
it gives me an "unhandled exception" message and forces me to quit or continue.
Also the lights will just go back to red even though I've manually set the thing to say Purple.
Anyone out there with this mouse?

P.S. I'm on Windows 10.
