[SOLVED] G skill sniper 2133 only running on 1333

Hello... I can't make g skill sniper 2133 run on anything more than 1333. As i understand it should be able to run at least 1600...

Motherboard: asus p8h61-m lx3 r2.0
Cpu: i3 2130

Change ram speed to 1600 timings to 9-9-9-27 and see if they'll boot. All ram Will default to 1333 in that board

If you want to try 1800 with 10-11-11-32 timings with 1.6v that may work as well If your board will allow the change

already tried. anything over 1333 won't boot. and when i restart the pc it says failed overclock.

also unable to find how to change ram voltage in bios. is it possible this mobo doesn't have that option?

Usually it's under advanced/ai tweaker not on memory settings for some reason

this ram is not even ob g-skill support for your board i would check the bios and try to set it manually with jedec 5 and the it if boot go to the other until you could have xmp settings on .
