I ordered these F4-3200C14D-16GTZ and AB350 Gaming 3 Gigabyte mobo.Can i get 3200 mhz without problem?

Hi, for sure it works at given speed (@3200mhz) with MSI motherboards e.g:

... depending on gigabyte progress with bios updates it will eventually work on it (worst case scenario - best it's working already)

Note the memory is samsung B-die (so the working one @3200 on Ryzen ) :

and lastly - based on the G.SKILL support they recommend it for AM4 (email sent to me):
