Hey guys, I bought a gaming PC weeks ago and after getting comfortable with it I decided to squeeze as much performance as I can out of it. I've got a Ryzen 7 2700x,Asus Strix GTX 1070Ti, Asus Strix B350-F Gaming Motherboard and the 2 8GB G.Skill Trident Z RAM plates. Now, I know that on the package it says that the momory is 3200MHz and it's also advertised from where I bought it. Now the problem is that in BIOS it says it's running at 2100 or something like that, not even close to 3200. I've tried setting it to 3200 but it will just give me a BSOD as soon as my PC opens. People told me to turn on some XMP profile, the thing is that it's nowhere to be found in my BIOS, I even made sure that I got the latest BIOS. Please help me figure out why my memory wont run at 3200MHz, I'd appreciate any kind of advice. Thanks!

P.S: CPU-Z says that my NB DRAM Frequency is at 1064MHz. Screenshots of mainboard and memory tab in CPU-Z: https://imgur.com/a/91nSrlk

Solution
On ASUS motherboards the "XMP" profile is called D.O.C.P. Load optimal defaults first in your BIOS so you're starting from scratch.
You will find it in your BIOS: Advanced Mode->AI Tweaker->Set AI Overclock Tuner from auto to D.O.C.P.

D.O.C.P Standard or just D.O.C.P?

Just D.O.C.P.

Thank you so much! I'm writing this mail from my PC with the DRAM Target Frequency at 3200MHz now! Have been battling this for a bit of time now, thanks again 😀

Hey after setting it to D.O.C.P my games tend to crash after playing for about 30 min, any idea why? It happens in all games that I've played after changing it (Rainbow Six Siege, APB Reloaded, Destiny 2 and Squad). In some of them it happens later and in some sooner.

D. O. C. P standard says that it's still at 3200MHz. It crashes frequently than D.O.C.P and it even gave be a blue screen 2 times :/

Hey thanks for coming back with a reply. Unfortunately I cant change the voltage, its pink colored and any value I input it resets back to 1.35V.
